Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme in the field of Culture

Professional artists and culture practitioners can apply for funding within the Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme in the field of Culture. The main goal is to create a platform for an innovative, dynamic Nordic-Baltic art and culture life. The mobility module offers funding for individual project trips within all the fields/sectors of art and culture in the Nordic and Baltic countries.
Eligible applicants: professional artists working in all art forms and genres, authors, translators, curators, producers, cultural editors and researchers etc.
Application deadline: 9 February 2011. Applications to be filled online on the Nordic Culture Point website www.kknord.org.

In 2010 the sum total of EUR 35 500 was allotted to 24 Latvian culture practitioners: Antra Augustinoviča, Arnis Balčus, Inta Balode, Inese Baranovska, Inga Fridrihsone, Jānis Garančs, Solvita Krese, Anita Meldere, Alīse Nīgale, Simona Orinska, Laila Pakalniņa, Maija Pavlova, Marika Priedīte, Krists Pudzēns, Lija Rage, Arnis Siliņš, Inese Stade, Alise Tīfentāle, Raimonds Tiguls, Inese Upeniece, Gatis Vanags, Linda Vēbere, Margita Zālīte, Laima Žurgina.  

 

 

The Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme in the field of Culture is jointly financed by Nordic and Baltic countries. The programme will operate from 2009 until 2011, and it is administered by the Nordic Culture Point based in Finland.
