Nordplus is the Nordic Council of Ministers’ largest education programme for educational cooperation and lifelong learning. Every year a total amount of 9.3 million euro is granted to projects, networks and exchanges of pupils, students and teachers in and between the Nordic and Baltic countries.
Every year more than 7.000 pupils and students and more than 2.000 teachers go on exchanges to another Nordic or Baltic country funded by Nordplus. Altogether approximately 2.800 educational institutions and organisations involved with education and training take part in projects and networks under Nordplus every year.
The deadline for applications has been moved to 1st February – to better match the school year and give the educational institutions more time for the planning of exchanges.
The programme consists of five sub-programmes which cover the entire educational sector in the Nordic and Baltic region - Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Åland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
The call for applications for the application round of 2018 has been published and can be found here.
