EIT Food CLC NE and Nordic Council of Ministers Office in Latvia collaborate together on assessing opportunities for the future of the food system in Nordic and Baltic countries.
EIT Food CLC NE and Nordic Council of Ministers Office in Latvia has set up a collaboration in July to better understand the changes in food consumption and agrifood startup environment in Baltics in the time of the pandemic.
Both organizations will perform an analysis of the local situation and global trends as well as disseminate information on the new trends to a wider audience in Baltic countries. The collaboration has been set up within the frames of the complementary projects CEE Food Foresight COVID19 (EIT Food) and Future of Food (Nordic Council) through which we want to thrive innovation in our food system. More information on the CEE Food Foresight COVID19 study will be available in Autumn 2020 already!
