The project Civil Society Stability is a project supported by the European Commission to help civil society in Belarus in the aftermath of the Presidential election on December 19, 2010. The project is administered by the Nordic Council of Ministers.
The objectives of the project are:
1. To support the victims of the repression and help them reintegrate into society.
2. To provide support to civil society organizations, in particular to the media, to enable them continue their activities and carry campaigns in Belarus and outside the country.
• Grant Scheme A: Support to civil society organisations in Belarus, in particular to the media, to enable them continue their activities and carry human rights and advocacy campaigns.
• Grant Scheme B: International advocacy and awareness raising events.
Deadline for applications 17 June 2011.
